Personal use
Use the music for private listening, personal gifts, and personal occasions. This license does not cover business promotion, monetized content, advertising, resale, redistribution, or public brand use.
Signature commissions
Commercial license
Use the commissioned song in business projects, monetized content, marketing, and public brand work. The license applies to the delivered song; project files and underlying production tools are not transferred.
Bespoke commissions
Exclusive rights
Bespoke delivery adds exclusive rights to the final commissioned song, alongside commercial use. The exact project scope and delivery assets are confirmed in writing before production begins.

Licensing questions
Which license comes with a catalog track?
Every catalog purchase and All-Access download includes a personal use license. For business or monetized use, commission a custom song on the Signature or Bespoke tier.
Can I use a song in my YouTube videos?
Personal licenses don't cover monetized content. The commercial license (Signature commissions) does — including YouTube, podcasts, and social ads.
What's the difference between commercial and exclusive?
Commercial lets you use the song in business work, but the composition remains part of the studio's body of work. Exclusive (Bespoke) means the final song is yours alone — it won't be reused or resold.
Do I ever own the copyright?
Licenses grant usage rights, not copyright transfer. Exact scope for exclusive work is confirmed in writing before production begins.
